Nothing on this site is an offer

Prices, estimator results, timelines, and team descriptions on this site are indicative. They help you decide whether to talk to us; they are not a quote or an offer. An engagement becomes binding only when both sides sign a written agreement, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this site.

General information, not advice

Content on this site, including anything about security, compliance, or regulated industries, is general information. It is not legal, compliance, security, or medical advice for your situation.

Using the site

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its forms.
• Do not submit someone else's personal information without their permission.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and code of this website belong to Folrik Studio. You may view and share pages for your own evaluation, but not copy or republish them as your own. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement.

The site links to services we do not control, including Cal.com, Google Meet, GitHub, LinkedIn, and X. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Folrik Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to US$100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to work performed under a signed agreement, which that agreement governs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Folrik Studio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
